KENNEK CONSTRUCTION LTD is a family-owned, Sunderland-based business established in 1974. The Company specialises in high quality joinery works, barfitting, shopfitting, refurbishment and construction projects.
With a workforce of 16 employees and a vehicle fleet of 10 vans and trucks, KENNEK achieves an annual turnover of between £1½m and £2m. The 1,300m² business premises include a joinery workshop, a spraying/polishing shop, an upholstery shop, a 600m² builders yard and ample warehousing space.
The Company's expertise covers a wide range of trades thus enabling most projects to be carried out entirely by the KENNEK team of Site Managers, Joiners, Decorators, Sprayer/Polishers, Plumbers, Roofers, Upholsterers and Labourers. Services offered include: joinery works, building works, bars, counters, suspended ceilings, plumbing works, roller shutters, flooring, electrical, ventilation, tiling, soft furnishings, wall seating, re-upholstery, loose furniture, partition walls, access floors, roofing, decoration and repairs & maintenance.
Each project undertaken by KENNEK is personally managed, both on and off site, by one of the four Company Directors who apply a strict hands-on approach to ensure that the highest quality of project management and workmanship is maintained.
