Kennek Construction has been carrying out leisure facility design, build and refurbishment projects nationwide for the past 30 years, offering a complete "turn key" service. Acting as Principal Contractor, we carry out projects from a few thousand pounds to £1 million such as the fit-out of new build and existing bingo clubs, refurbishment of night clubs, bars, restaurants and golf clubs - take a look at our portfolio below.
We understand the unique demands of the leisure industry and ensure all projects are fully planned and managed to ensure minimum disruption to business. This includes flexible working hours as standard to ensure existing facilities stay operational during their trading hours and weekend working and continuous working patterns to ensure speedy turnarounds and shortest possible project durations.
The company's expertise covers a wide range of trades, enabling most works to be carried out by the KENNEK team of site managers, joiners, labourers, plasterers, plumbers, decorators, polishers, roofers and upholsterers.
Each project undertaken by KENNEK is personally managed, both on and off site, by one of the company's four Directors who apply a strict hands-on approach to ensure the highest quality of project management and workmanship is maintained.
